What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

My seminal fluid analysis is below what is lacking there or every thing is normal? volume 2 ml Actively motile- 50% Sluggishly motile- 30% Dead -20% Pluse cell- 3-5 /hpf Parasite- absent R.b.c.s -1-2 Total count - 120 millions/ml Report everything is fine or not and what is lacking teeth explain

The parameters mentioned in the report are normal except for pus cells that needs to be confirmed by urine C/S.However consistency and PH have not been mentioned.
